First, if your office allows it, you might want to invest in a sit-stand desk which allows you to alternate between sitting and standing while working. Second, don’t take your breaks sitting down. Make sure you are standing and walking while resting from work. Lastly, you should invest in a good, ergonomic foam cushion or foam inserts for your seat cushion.
